Haremos una visita a tu casa, totalmente gratuita, donde evaluaremos el contenido y te recomendaremos la mejor opción para tu caso.

Inventariado
Una vez firmado el presupuesto, haremos el inventario de todos los bienes y los tasaremos para ponerles precio.

Creamos tu hogar boutique
Agrupamos, recolocamos, redecoramos, todo lo necesario para crear un ambiente atractivo. Sacamos fotos y promocionamos el market tanto online como offline.

Mercadillo en casa
Durante 3 días abrimos las puertas de tu casa para recibir a público profesional y particular en busca de tesoros. Nos encargamos de la coordinación y venta.

Vacíado
Ayudamos a gestionar la retirada de todo lo que quede. También gestionamos donaciones, en caso de que así se desee.
Durante 3 días tu hogar se convierte en una pequeña boutique donde encontrar tesoros únicos. Para ello, realizamos la clasificación e inventario de todas las piezas, redecoramos y reorganizamos para asegurar que cada objeto reciba la atención que merece, gestionamos la venta y coordinamos el vaciado.
Mercadillos en casa
Para viviendas que no se desea abrir al público o cuya ubicación no es adecuada para un home market, gestionamos la venta online de sus objetos a través de nuestros canales propios y una red de compradores particulares y profesionales, optimizando resultados y minimizando la exposición pública de la vivienda.
Ventas online
Para aquellos propietarios que no tienen la cantidad de objetos suficientes como para organizar un mercadillo en casa o que necesitan dejar la vivienda vacía en muy poco tiempo, organizamos ventas rápidas que permiten vaciar la vivienda en 10 días.

Yes. If you are preparing for a move, downsizing or relocating abroad, we can organise the sale in stages or recommend an alternative sales strategy that allows you to continue living in the property while its contents are sold.
Yes. We regularly help families manage inherited homes by selling the contents before the property is sold, rented or transferred. We coordinate the entire process, making it as straightforward as possible for owners and beneficiaries.
Yes. Unlike traditional antique dealers, we don't focus on a few valuable pieces. Our objective is to sell as much of the home's contents as possible through the most appropriate sales channels.

We manage the entire process, from preparing the home and welcoming buyers to coordinating collections and final clearance. We also provide a bilingual service in English and Spanish, making us the ideal partner for international homeowners, expatriates and families managing a property in Madrid from overseas.
Our estate sale service is commission-based, meaning you only pay a percentage of the items sold.
If you require additional services, such as professional cleaning or final house clearance, these will be quoted separately.
Your initial property visit is free of charge and without obligation. Following the visit, you'll receive a clear proposal outlining our services and any additional costs, if applicable.
Our goal is always to sell as much of the home's contents as possible. After the estate sale, any remaining items may continue to be marketed through our online channels and network of buyers whenever appropriate.
If there are still unsold items at the end of the process, we can arrange additional services such as donation, recycling or final house clearance, depending on your preferences.
